If your nose is hooked due to recession, what would happen to your nose if you get rhino first and after bimax? Would it come deformed? Considering that bimax changes your nose shape and makes it wider.

It depends on your nose, but if you got rhino that took your nose tip from downturned to slightly upturned the Lefort advancement would upturn it further and widen your alar base as well, you’d end up with a disgusting pig tier nose
