Yes, when it comes to medical professionals they have to maintain patient-doctor/therapist confidentiality except in the case where you state you have played with the thought of suicide or physically harming others.

Depends on how strong the urge is

if it’s a thought that comes to pass with no real urge then it’s normal tbh. If it’s a very strong nearly uncontrollable urge then it’s mental illness (what I have)

dude i dont know how but they went away by themselves. im pretty calm now. its def caused by stress shit life etc. and all in like 1 year. i still sperg out but not in front of others at least and very very rarely. cant even remember ast time. honestly find some copes and chill out stop caring if u can. and stop wanting to be this or that whatever ur fantasies are worked for me no offense... im pretty happy now here and there
