How will it affect the body and face, what are the pros and cons, is it true that height will decrease due to the erasure of the spine?

Probably in a catabolic state constantly if not eating while walking

You will lose muscle mass by doing so much cardio because of overtraining, Not enough rest, If you dont eat enough calories to maintain
 
Your mental clarity will be off the charts, huge health- and metalmax. 20-25 may be a tad too much though.
 
You should sit in captains chair all day every day to let your spine stretch and give maximum height.
