I rlly need to get a rhino but it says that ppl below 18yo can get a plastic surgery only in rare cases when surgery is required (and it will be completely for free btw) and blah blah

But what if i lie?

They do a lot of testing and xrays to see if you're truly physically impaired and have to get a surgery, you can't just lie your way into 6k dollars
