What I'll do on my up n' coming consultation

I'm having a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic in a couple of weeks.

My plan is to ask the surgeon "Why do you think I'm here?", to see if he notices what I want to fix.

This way I'll be determine how much of an failo it really is, or if it's mostly in my own head
