Alright so this is the skincare routine I've been doing for about a month. Pretty easy to follow and very low effort.
//skincare routine
In the morning: Salicylic Acid Cleanser from CeraVe + Hylaronic Acid Serum from Dermica + Moisturizer w/SPF 25 from CeraVe (the blue one) + Chapstick w/SPF 15
At night: In the Morning: Salicylic Acid Cleanser from CeraVe + Niacinamide Serum from Dermica + Moisturizer w/SPF 25 from CeraVe (the blue one) + Chapstick w/SPF 15
Retinol twice a week after moisturizing
3-5L water a day
8-9h of sleep every night
Castor oil on my eyebrows every night
//diet (every day)
5 eggs
1/2 eggshell
365g Greek yogurt
100g blueberries
1 apple
1 scoop protein powder
100g oats pre workout on the days I work out
2 carrots
Mum's cooking
//supplements
vitamin d
fish oil with high EPA/DHA with every meal
liquid magnesium chloride
creatine
