What Im doing to ascend from HTN - HHTN+

Ive been stuck at HTN for a while now and its time to take action again.

Ive went from Lltn -> MTN (Sept 2024 - March 2025) -> Hmtn and Lhtn(April 2025 - July/Aug 2025) -> HTN (Oct 2025 - Present) Pretty sure I documented my face on here each stage.

What Im lacking: Leanness (im 18% bf), Skin clearness (Its alright but not good), Hair (it used to be more textured and better styled).

Basically at one point I was 14% bf with very clear skin and beautiful hair, probably during July. But then I started getting fatter and my skin got worse due to me eating goyslop once a week which I never did, Also I stopped taking care of my hair. The only reason why I ascended instead of descending was because my bones and dimorphism started increasing during this time which made up for the lack of angularity and MISC going down.

What Im gonna do to ascend: I used to get 12k steps a day which I dont do anymore maybe 4k at best now, that got me lean, I also never consumed any carbs at all. My diet was more clean and I never had cheat days I also went out in the sun more which probably made my skin better. And I took care of my hair. Basically Im gonna start Looksmaxxing again because I would look alot better if I kept my old way of doing things instead of giving up for some reason.

I will eventually make a post of my face every month since I started my .org account and what I did to ascend, and ofcourse the result of this

Why even be on here? The second I tap LHTN i'm off this shit. I'll still hardmaxxing after but this lifestyle can be unbearable

Because I havent reached my max potential yet, I still need to heightmaxx and framemaxx + get to max softmaxx potential facially

Ohhh yeah no I wasnt on here when I was socialmaxxing (Aug-oct 2025), but im in online school now without a liscence so Im deprived of social and oxcytocin from females

Me rn bro. I get no female interaction but will this summer and all of college next year. Quality of life will be as good as ascending

How did you even go from LTN to HTN in the first place? Just softmaxxes and genetics?

PM:
Strong Cleanser
Vaseline around eyes
Taz
Moisturiser

1 Gallon Water daily + change pillow cases often
