What my current protocol looks like;
Got prescribed HCG from a legitimate clinic (past sarm usage) — running 250 IU SubQ twice a week. MK-677 (10MG caps) is arriving Monday. Plan is to dose MK 5x per week before bed to maximize GH and IGF-1 without crashing insulin sensitivity too hard.
Keeping it mild now — no hardcore gear — just optimizing natural growth window before plates close. Will consider adding CJC-1295/IPA second semester college once I’m moved into my dorm and have more freedom.
Aiming for 2,700–3,000 calories/day with focus on animal-based, high-quality foods.
SUPPLEMENTS:
CJC-1295/IPA is likely soon. I’ll update the log once MK kicks in and I dial things in further.
Let me know if you’ve got feedback or suggestions
