What implants for this midface

I’m considering paranasal implants to fix my visibly bad maxilla but im wondering if this will be enough or if I possibly also need other mid face implants. I’m 18 btw so be real with me

Your ipd is just too low for a midface implant to correct the midface ratio. This is a le fort i case i'm afraid
