i dont think its worth an implant at all, i think just some minor filler in the gonions would be enough. but i dont even know if thats worth it either to be honest

eye area is already ur best feature, don't touch it before ur old and actually lose anything there. Dont get surgeries just to get them

I know but infra orbitals are hollow, keep in mind I’m not very lean here so when I do cut, it will look worse. Maybe fat grafts in that case.

i cant advice which one of those, I'm very skinny so my under eye hollowness actually looks so bad rn I need a solution too

I think fillers and fat grafts for mild to moderate cases and infra implants for severe cases
