What in the fucking hell is happening with my organism?

I have been ill for like a week straight (not corona),my nose is always clogged,my throat used to hurt like living shit,now I have to blow my nose every 2 seconds + I got aphthae (small white bumps but that isn’t a herpes on both sides of my cheeks,it hurts like living shit) I suffer from severe insomnia and only sleep about 2h a night,I can’t even eat,my appetite is completely fucked,I lost 9kg since I got my job and I can’t eat anything!!!!!Like I will literally threw away everything in the bin.Yesterday I think I got sunsick at my job because even tho it was 42 degrees celsius outside I was shivering,I felt very light headed and I felt the urge to puke
Also I don’t use any drugs except benzos because I have to to avoid withdrawals but my doses are normal
