like idk i want someone to educate me? Like aromatase inhibitors are not the best because we still do need estrogen and aspirin is not all that good aswell so is like fgfr3 inhibitors with horrific side effects so its like what inhibitors even really have a low-mid risk with mid-high reward ratio
