i know exactly what you are talking about jfl, i did this shit for a while then i realised training the muscle will prob make the nose bigger in the long run and stopped, its so aspie.

I'm assuming that if we flex this muscle regularly like any muscle it will become stronger and larger over time.

yeah thats what i thought but can it become larger on its own without any like restiance or whatever its like flexing your arm muscle it wont get bigger just from doing that aye

its a facial muscle, any sort of expression will train it, completely different to a muscle in the arm.
