What is a good AI dosage?

What is the AI/dosage if you are going to run 300mg test. I was thinking 1mg arimidex daily but alot of people told me at 1mg is too much, especially for daily. Thoughts?

arimidex is the worst ai u can use just use eq instead and also check ur bloodwork instead how about that
