4-6k is fine anything above that is going to fuck your liver

2 billion iu dont forget to take it with vitamin k2 for optimal absorption

im taking 10,000 and feel fine, likely don’t need that much but rather safe than sorry

do you take k2? or just do you eat sufficient foods to get enough like eggs

I’m not taking d3 for bone growth or anything, mainly just health reasons considering I get like no sun in the winter

oh i just googled it i didn’t realize it helped calcium get to where it needed it to be, 10,000 should be fine though

just use however much you feel good on i had an awful few days mentally when i took 15,000 iu (also had very little water so maybe that’s why)

Why so much? Google recommends 800-2000 iu

honesty i have no idea :lul:, anyways for google i usually up that amount since i feel like they’re trying to looksmin me by making me take less :confused:

I eat a lot of fresh salmon
Raw? After I tried it the first time cooked salmon genuinely disgusts me now, you'd have to pay me to eat it
