What supplements are worth taking? I have been thinking about starting to supplement potassium and beta-carotene to help me debloat and get better coloring. Is taking a verisol collagen supplement that boosts collagen production worth it to improve skin quality. Also i have recently started going to the gym and i have been thinking about starting to use creatine and i was wondering are there any downsides to it. I am already taking a vitamin d and a multivitamin supplement.

Collagen powder is cope take ghk-cu for better effect. I recommand vitamin d3+k2, créatine, magnsium, and zinc with copper

Zinc is only helpful if u have zinc Problems and dont get enough zinc naturally i take it too but u can easily get it from nutrieten

why creatine ? Doesn't it just bloat your muscles
