What is a Good Bideltoid Width at 6'1?

My bideltoid width is 54 centimeters which is easily above average, and I can observe I have wider shoulders than most people. But in pictures it looks very narrow, not sure because of my waist or body or I don't know how to angle. I lifted for only 3 months before corona, which I can easily say didn't give me much size at the time because I was just trying to learn proper forms etc.
My question is what is a good bideltoid width for my height, and how much centimeters I can add to it. I will start swimming in july to maximize my shoulder width then start gyming again.

Yeah man I also think so statistically, I guess 18.5-19 was army average, which means it is above average for citizens. I think I should focus on slimming my waist down, I am kinda fat.
