My sleep is fucked up. I started taking Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 to sleep, and it has improved my sleep but I also take about 6-8 drops of clonazepam (0.6mg - 0.8mg) for the extra brain shutdown needed in order to have that deep, restorative sleep.

The thing is, as it is known, clonazepam (and all benzos btw) fuck up your brain if you take them long term. The brain compensates the action of the benzo by decreasing the amount of GABA receptors and increasing the amount of Glutamate (excitatory) receptors, and then there is a tendency to depend entirely on benzos to sleep because they have altered your brain chemistry in a semi-permanent way. Once this brain chemistry change happens, you need months off any benzo for your brain to go back to the original levels of glutamate and GABA receptors, which means months of fucked up sleep.

Because of that, if you decide to take some type of benzo, you really should take it for 1 month tops, otherwise you get the negative side effects.

Now, I have been taking clonazepam for about 20 days now and I'm looking for something to replace it with. Does anyone have any suggestion?
