it’s not hard to get test or roids in general look around the forum people name drop websites
+ it’s only difficult to get real hgh (that’s why most people here get no growth from hgh since they’re buying fake shit)

That's a myth. I've drank gallons of it and haven't gotten sick once.

It will help with bone growth since it has natural growth hormones in it. You retards are really recommending a 15 year old to hop on roids:feelskek:
where tf did i recommend it JFL

Nah I drank it for a while, as long as you get good quality you'll be fine. But honestly there's no difference between raw milk and just normal organic milk so 0 point in drinking it for bone growth.
dont like milk in general so dont think would have done it anyway, thx for your opinion

1. Vitamin D3 - Vitamin d3 helps absorb calcium which in turn helps with bone health and bone growth. For dosages you want to take 50,000iu a week

2. Vitamin K2 – k2 regulates the expression of osteoblast marker genes that promote bone deposition and decrease bone resorption which is huge for bone growth. For dosage you should take 45mg (45000ug) a week

3/4. Calcium and magnesium – Calcium and magnesium supplementation helps strengthens and harden bones. As our bodies do not make calcium and magnesium its necessary to get it from foods or even better through supplements. For dosage you should take 2000+ mg a day -

5. Vitamin k2 mk7 - increases bone mineral density and promotes bone quality and strength. For dosing take 500mcg+ - (ultra important)
