What is a higher roi as a 5’10 mid- high ltn: LL (4-7 inche gain) or Trimax (implants)?

Currently 22 years old 5’10 and have a bunch of money saved up from working the last few years. I’m deciding between LL or Trimax to ascend? What would be best and highest ROI for me?

I had medically necessary upper jaw surgery to fix my underbite all covered by insurance a few years ago pretty nice improvement asthetically. I spoke to some surgeons in turkey and Italy recently and they said I’m a candidate for Trimax. I’m just curious to ask cause I had jaw surgery already makes me feel crazy for wanting to do it again.

At 5'10 face is more important. If you were around 5'7 or less then it would be a different story.
