I just took phenibut and im high as balls rn. I feel like a gay alien. Are there any safe alternatives to phenibut?

Take less phenibut, people either take it for its actual purpose which is socialization or to get high. If you take too much you'll get high and it's also very addictive. If you take a smaller amount (it depends on the person, I've seen people take half a gram or one gram, and once a week or twice a week) then you will get the intended effects of less anxiety
