I’ve been wondering around diets. Would it be optimal to eat one warm meal a day and for the rest of the eating to be various fruits(mostly grapes, kiwis and blood oranges). I feel this would keep me lean well but will I be fine off only this. Also what extra pills should I take that you can get from markets / pharmacies. I’m unfortunately unable to get peptided in my country without very high risk of police involvement
