what is ascending me more ? bsso or rhino?

my nose is also a problem from front, my jaw is only a problem from 3/4 and side

on those before after what is making the biggest difference nose or jaw ?

That rhino would be incredibly difficult to execute as it's delicate tip-work. I would get BSSO first as it can slightly rebalance your nose from profile.
