My bideltoid is 48.5cm (~19 inch) via sliding door method. Is this average? For reference I am 20 y/o, white, 5'10 and 67kg (very lean, small build, been gymmaxxing for 4 months now). What could I reach at a bodyweight of like 75kg (165lbs)?

Honestly could be a combination of a) mirror photos/lens distortion making me look narrow b) BDD c) not realising how big 19 inches looks from afar/irl.
