Around 18.5 but everyone measures it incorrectly. Use a sliding door to get an accurate measurement. Btw that study was done on the military so its a bit misleading.

Yes. As one user has pointed out, the average is 18.5 (for UK/US men) and many people measure it incorrectly. To give you an idea of how ridiculous some frauded/incorrectly measured claims are, here is Steeve Reeves (winner of Mr. Universe, Mr. World, and Mr. America), who had a measured bideltoid of 23 1/2 inches:

In short, when you see someone claiming even a 23 inch bideltoid, they are likely not measuring correctly or frauding.

For who? Every genetic group has a different average bideltoid width. It also changes with age. And of course it changes with the mass of your delts. The average is like people say around 18 inches for white men. Depends how you measure it though.
