Ive posted skincare routine so many times here.
No sugar, no dairy, no fast carbs, no junkfood.
Shower, cleanse, dry skin --> niacinamide + zinc ---> retinoid 2% ---> moisture
Night time cleanse and dry the ordinary buffet into moisture
also i like to cycle different stuff. Also exfoliate skin 0-2 times a week depending how my skin is feeling.

Cutting out refined sugar is the starting point in healthmaxing. Dairy is iffy. It causes spots and acne for a lot of people, but a lot of people are also perfectly fine with it.

Pretty much what you'd expect. Healthy fats, dark green vegetables, berries. Avoid the heavy carbs like white bread, pasta, rice and so on. Avoid artificial sweeteners like aspertame, which is in diet coke.

Best way to think of it is to imagine you're on Keto, and then relax and slowly add in the carbs you need to get all your micronutrients.

If you're okay with dairy then the Keto model should be pretty easy for you.
