Fat grafting in my opinion because implants often look very unnatural or feel weird, I've also seen implants and grafting on top though

just feel under your eyes and look at your side profile, you can tell if your infras are recessed or not, for example for me the bone is there i just have little to no fat

a big problem with implants is iut can cause your eyes to look more deepset fat graftings probaly the best solution in my opinion
