tret for nose reduction is prolly the worst , rather use cope like hydrocortisone, or just hop on 20mg accutane for a few months

you should not be taking tretinoin for nose reduction it is used for skin treatments.
it also will make your skin dry asf if you start out with 0.05-0.1% because that is really high and will destroy your skin barrier so if you want to reduce your nose size i would recommend something else entirely
