Redpill - essentially the ideology that you have to grind whether in the gym or with business to get the most success in life with dating

Blackpill - essentially the ideology everything is out of your control and genetic determinism determines your life and dating

Whitepill - essentially after accepting the blackpill but you don't care about what you can't change
