Today i will explain what bloating is,how to avoid it(debloat) AND WE close it once and for all.


First what u need to know is face bloating definition


Face bloating means temporary swelling or puffiness in your cheeks, under-eyes, or jawline, caused by fluid buildup from factors like excess salt, dehydration, alcohol, allergies, lack of sleep, or underlying issues like hypothyroidism ( FROM GOOGLE )

Secondly, what causes it
Common Causes
Diet:
High sodium (salty foods, processed meals) and refined carbs cause water retention
Dehydration: Not drinking enough water makes your body hold onto fluids, causing puffiness, notes Vein Treatment Clinic
Alcohol: Dehydrates the body, triggering water retention
Lack of Sleep: Disrupts hormones and immune function, increasing inflammation
Allergies: Maybe if ur allergic to some product it will bloat u(for example nuts or smth)
Poor Circulation: Impaired venous return can cause fluid to build in tissues.


How to debloat: ( THEORY )
According to common causes, u need to:
Cut on sodium ( salt,processed meals etc..) and other products that cause water retention in ur face
Drink enough water. But not too much because it gonna make u bloated too. So 1.5-3L a day)
Avoid drinking alcohol ( bloating ur face is smallest problem that it gonna bring )
Get enough sleep ( i noticed that personally, if i sleep less than 8 hours i wake up less bloated but it is for me idk u should test it on u )
Get enough electrolytes ( link )
Do face massages ( gua sha or some shit like that )
Check if u have some problem with circulatory system

REAL METHODS ( AND MINUSES )
Cold compress on face ( Shows instant results, usually under 30 seconds ) Avoid if you have highly sensitive skin
Gua Sha massage: ( works really well, do 2 times a day, in morning after wake up and in evening before sleep) BAD IF U HAVE ACNE!!!
Running ( OR OTHER CARDIO WORKOUTS) Running helps reduce swelling by circulating lymph and blood through muscle contraction, it helps drain excess fluid from extremities to the center of body )
Potassium products
Water
(1.5 - 3L)
Fix ur nutrition ( eat healthy products )
Get enough electrolytes ( link ) from fruits rich of them ( watermelon, banana, avocado,milk, coconut water)
