What is causing my eyelids to droop so much and what could help with it?

Left side is a pic of my eye area from about a year or so ago and the right is my eye area now (both relaxed) What is causing my eyelids to make themselves appear more negatively hooded. Been thinking about getting surgery to hopefully lift the outside part of my eyelid up. I’ve heard botox was the best option as it’s more affordable and will give the results i’m looking for

and it seems like my eyelids are more puffy and swollen then they once were, kinda like i have more fat on my upper eyelids which is causing them to bring themselves down more

Im not sure what your body fat is, negative hooding due to fat distribution seems more common in overweight people. If you're low body fat, its likely just entire genetic. You still have low scleral show so its not over.

well i’m pretty sure it’s a mixture of both tbh, but idk why I would be showing signs of aging at the age of 18 yk, my dad has this same issue but he’s also in his 40s now and im definitely high body fat fs, i was hoping that it would help itself the more i lost weight but that’s something i wont know for the next couple months since im just now starting to cut

If its still pretty negative after your cut, botox would likely be your best option.
