I’m currently a bit under 14% body fat, but my malar fat pad hasn’t changed at all. Because I’ve lost some fat in other areas of my face, it actually looks more prominent, and my tear trough have become more noticeable to the point where they dominate my appearance. It’s probably my second biggest facial concern. I have to take photos with a certain lighting because I look subhuman with it.

It also seems to create the appearance of a nasolabial fold, which is pretty discouraging.

What can be done? I’m wondering: is this purely an issue with the malar fat pad, or could there be other contributing factors? And are there any treatment or surgical options that could address it? I would be truly grateful to you this has been incredibly discouraging :( .

Frauding with concealer or tinted SPF does absolutely nothing to hide this appearance, it's like a deep cut on my skin.

aqualyx, i can tell your maxilla isn't very projected based on these lines so getting rid of that fat is kind of crucial. mark as solution

Tear trough fat grafting seems to be the only fix
yeah it may be I had another thread where I posed the question of being to fix it much more organically with malar implants and fat grafting

would you even be able to target aqualyx this high up on the malar fat pad? From what I know there's alot of near endings there
i've heard people do it before, I've been considering it myself, maybe not as high up as shown in the picture but if you target around your cheekbones your "nasolabial folds" wont be as prominent, like I said it looks like you have a flat maxilla with relatively bad fat depositions in the face, unfortunately dropping BF wont do much to help you as you've already figured out so I'd look into aqualyx and maybe infra implants, filler or a fat graft for the under eye area

I'm in line with you, if you care to take a look: https://looksmax.org/threads/i-have...l-vector-and-mid-set-zygos-helpppppp.1961710/ . Here I discuss my side profile recession with my orbital vector and lack of cheekbone prominence let me know.

3mg's of reta lmfao, I'll do my research on mazdutide never heard of it
its pretty much reta just without the second mechanism, but the reason i like it more is the 3rd mechanism is more active at lower doses so its better in a surplus, I find I can still reap benefits without as much appetite suppression

very easy to eat in a surplus on 2mg a week

fuck
