UEE is definitely made worse by your constant screen time and rotting.

Not saying this will give you hunter eyes, but literally just try:

- Waking up and jumping out of bed
- Cold water and ice to face and eyes
- Adding a small amount of vaseline to upper eye lids
- Then constantly just doing real world "things" exercise, manual labour, broken up study, cooking quality food and bask in the sun.
- A good sleep

Genuinely part of the reason why I think athletes and chads have better eyes, cause their eyes are actually used for a function, not to watch tik tok in bed in a dark room, go to the gym and train with some intensity then look at your eyes after and for the rest of the day, most likely an improvement.

Doing these with squintmaxxing, no not while in public talking to something jfl, almost fixed my ptosis and lazy eye lids which is from an actual "injury".

And I have receipts for proof of this improvement.

it's mostly genes, it's the norm to have close to zero uee in north or northwest europe.

mine worsened when I hopped on accutane and hasnt recovered (my UEE look slightly red/inflamed)

you have no idea what you are talking about , i spend my entire life playing videos games since i was a little kid and my eyes are much hooded as o pry is with positive canthal tilt. if you arent born with hooded eyes you will never have them.

This post isn't for people who have a genetic structure where they have so much fat and hooding its impossible for UEE to occur, it is for people in my scenario, for example, I have semi-hooded, almond eyes and in the times that I did rot my UE began to droop showing ~ 6/7mm. Now my UE doesn't droop and is extremely minimal at ~1-2mm.

Also get off the video games my bro

this thread was 100% accurate for my situation . I genetically had hunter eyes but I had droopy and visible UEE until like a month ago. All I did was squint a few times for like 3-5 days and my UEE was gone.

Also holy fuck I actually came to this conclusion a while back like no joker I thought the exact same. ATHLETES SQUINT AND USE THEIR EYES FOR FUNCTIONAL REASONS. This is why they tend to look better

while autists like me rot on our phones all day or other electronics so we fuck up our eye area. Obviously this is not the case for everybody. But it may explain why some people here who have genetic hunter eyes have UEE. It obviously depends on your eye shape and genetics. However rotting def won’t help you

genetics, but your point about prey eyes and uee being associated with scrolling is true. this is because athletes do high intensity excercises which heightens testosterone and in some cases thickens the brow ridge, also they have stronger orbital muscles because they have to look around to be focused in the sport

You’re describing Ptosis correction.

Truly bad UEE is evident even in eyes with correct eyelid position.
