UEE is definitely made worse by your constant screen time and rotting.
Not saying this will give you hunter eyes, but literally just try:
- Waking up and jumping out of bed
- Cold water and ice to face and eyes
- Adding a small amount of vaseline to upper eye lids
- Then constantly just doing real world "things" exercise, manual labour, broken up study, cooking quality food and bask in the sun.
- A good sleep
Genuinely part of the reason why I think athletes and chads have better eyes, cause their eyes are actually used for a function, not to watch tik tok in bed in a dark room, go to the gym and train with some intensity then look at your eyes after and for the rest of the day, most likely an improvement.
Doing these with squintmaxxing, no not while in public talking to something jfl, almost fixed my ptosis and lazy eye lids which is from an actual "injury".
And I have receipts for proof of this improvement.
