MFR I don't even know.
Total FWHR can't be changed.
FWHR & Zygomatic Width needs uncanny cheekbone implants.
A Jaw Narrower than 110mm is usually a result of inward gonions and or mouthbreathing. You could teachnically get implants or fillers tho.

ive measured my face and I do have some pretty good ratios, but anything involving my nose or chin holds me back

im gonna live with my parents for a bit and save up for like 2 or 3 surgeries, I think thats all I need to ascend, things like genioplasty, rhinoplasty and maybe lateral canthopexy
