We usually refer to “a lot” in science as +2SD, and given males have about 18-19cm as the general mean, you can probably call 195-200+mm too much. Remember that’s absolute length, you also have the shape ratio (cephalic index) which’ll basically tell you how long/deep the head is relative to its width. You can then split this into dolichocephalic, mesocephalic, or brachycephalic.
