What is considered small skull circumference and small bideltoid

it should be proportional to your frame is all. Maybe less than 22 inches in absolute terms

I always hear ppl talk about just be proportional but if u have small skull and small body it might look proportional but it’s over for u plus how do u even know if ur proportional? U may look good at first glance but when u stare at urself for half an hour ur gonna look weird
