Thats basically how many teeth people see when you smile. Usually about 10 is considered ideal. People who lets say show only 8, can ask dental arch widening while getting braces/invisalign and ascend to that 10-12 teeth smile

So dental arch is no of teeth and palate is how wide the smile goes compared to the face? Palate expansion seems like a meme

As far as I understand widening arch is more about that front 6-10 teeth and palate expanding is about widening distance between molars. So jn theory if you dont have enough distance between molars you won't be able to have wide front teeth

Very very likely yes, you would benefit from Invisalign/braces. Widening arch is simply cosmetical to make smile look better, while palate widening is usually done when you have health problems.

From what I've heard and seen, invisalign is better but more expensive. Also you should research about how braces can ruin and reccess your face. Btw I'm also considering doing this in near future to straighten my teeth and I also have slight gap between front two. I think we need to collab on this

Wearing on the lower teeth won't do anything bad, its braces on the upper teeth that can cause maxillary recession. But thats what I'm trying to study myself, so can't advice rn

If you have fucked up front teeth then obviously yes. You can google overjet and see that good lip seal is impossible with it

I think i have a slight overjet , no under or overbite but i think it makes my lip seal look weird
