early means your body goes through the changes earlier then normal just as the kids in highschool with beards but u also look older which isn't a good thing and the inverse for late bloomers-tho late is better since u have more time to work with

normal yes, due the person gaining more experience within the world so they might be more prone to use androgenic's while young. Giving them a longer window to make some changes without the usage of surgery yet. (unlike me a early bloomer)
