What is difference between lefort 3 osteotomy and lefort 3 distraction osteogenisis

So I need lefort 3 or
2 to pull my utter subhuman piece of shit maxilla forward when I turn 18

but I see there is different type of lefort 3

The lefort 3 distraction osteogenisis look scary, I hope I don't need this
