Anyone that isn’t culturally white. For example I’m ethnic even though I look white. That’s also the reason I call others cumskins and pigskins. There’s people who are culturally white while looking ethnic, but they’re still white.

It’s more used in the context of lookism, where ethnics have lower SMV compared to whites cause of ‘ethnic tax’. Naturally people started using the word in a racist sense.

By the way ethnic generally means brown people so curries and pakis etc. They’re obviously gonna have lower SMV cause of bad coloring, brown bug eyes, swarthy skin etc.
