Agree with surgeries, but past age 25 the biggest part of looksmaxxing isn't fixing issues but mantaining youth.

It's weird because everyone's at their own different levels, I talk to some people, and they say they'd be happy if they looked like me. Then I see people I know who are more attractive than me and get all the attention, and it makes me feel like shit. I think it's just that it's my first heartbreak, and it came out of nowhere in my eyes. You're definitely right, this path of seeking validation endlessly cannot be doing me any good. The outlooks and advice I've had tonight has really opened my eyes to the damage I'm doing to myself mentally.
