Fat in the eye area that could have evolved to protect it against the harsh winds of winter in northern regions of Europe gives some people an Asiatic look.

Plus, sexual selection. Every race has pseudo traits of the others. Some Blacks have blue eyes. Some Asians have pale skin. Some Whites have epicanthic folds. People with these traits reproduced and their descendants carry them to this day.
