Iam trying to fix everything including my looks, education, life, social circle but then my parents start fighting for litterally no reason, my mom is a narcy who thinks she can pick on my dad anytime, sometimes he bares it but sometimes he gets really angry and the fight doesnt end for days

The shouting raises my coristol so fucking much and its absurd thinking I've no control over it

its similar in my house - my mom keeps nagging my dad who usually takes it lightheartedly, but sometimes my dad snaps and gets upset - then i tell my mom shes not helping etc and try to talk to both of them separately, they have unironically trained me into being a very good therapist lol.

ur young tho, so i understand u feel more helpless - just bear it out and make sure u go to some other city for college.

Thats really hard to pic tbh, my parents live seperately and i live with my mom but dad comes to visit everyday, so i feel more for my dad but my mom always tells me how she is the victim

My mom has ocd so the fights are stupid af like the tea spilled a bit or a grain of rice fell on the table, that triggers her and also when i badmouth her she litterally says dad trained me to be like this and its all his fault, and when she started blaming dad she did it for like 1 hours straight disrespecting him harshly and he just snapped and said alot of things that upsetted her
