What Is GOING ON WITH MY SKIN?

My skin next to my nose is soo flat?? What causes this? I mean, there should be at least a small nasolabial fold.. could it be from fillers im 2018? What is this? How can I make the folds more prominent and normal? When I smile it looks normal

Can be from lack of bones. Basically you lack bone mass so skin would just be flat. If you were to go with an implant that skin would stretch and give a more youthful appearance.

But it didn’t look flat back in 2017, or? So it’s probably not bone mass.
