Legit started doing that today and I found a lot of people saying like a reverse mewing where u kinda push ur tongue up, you almost feel it in ur nose in a way, if u hold for long enough i feel it in my jaw. Do u think i should keep trying or do u think that may mess something up.

But idk the validity of any of these claims like reverse mewing etc im not sure they work but the sutres have fused after 18-19 in facial bones and it requires immense forces like marpe which uses hundred pounds of force for a long time to split the bone

True true, but marpe is used to fix problems in just a couple weeks, I’m thinking if I consistently enough for months any type of rotation at all is a win. I’ll try and track my progress to see because it definitely is the biggest problem I see in like 70% of people I feel like.
