You can get strong muscles but barely any definition at this height unless you juice. I got this clump of abs that press against my shirt but no definition.

6'2 is the ideal height considered baseline Arnold Schwarzenegger and ideal modeling height.

It's 6'3 if you are in Europe tho. 6'2 anywhere else. 6'1 in Asia.
