Every inch over 5'9 makes it much much much harder to build muscle. Thats why there has only been one Mr. Olympia over 6ft tall and those guys drink a cocktail of Testosterone, Trenbolone, Growth Hormone and Insulin like water...

I'm 6'3 I get compliments at this height people call me giant, bc no one ever lifts jfl, no one around me has pecs what in the fuk like only 1/10 do. You can get strong muscles but barely any definition at this height unless you juice. I got this clump of abs that press against my shirt but no definition.

6'2 is the ideal height considered baseline Arnold Schwarzenegger and ideal modeling height.

It's 6'3 if you are in Europe tho. 6'2 anywhere else. 6'1 in Asia.

Some guys have ego issues and want to be taller than everyone in the room when in fact being 1 inch shorter that some guy is not even noticable and women won't care. If you go really tall then chances are your frame wont be the widest, so you are losing points from that.
