Good: amino acids, cola, lemonade, pizza, pommes frittes, rice, tuna, eggs, tap water, mineral water, noopept, kratom, gouda cheese, baguettes, pasta, potatoes, a-z vitamins and minerals 100% of recommended intake, novalgin, amphetamine, opioids, radieschen, certain kinds of meat and sausage, pistazien, certain kinds of chocolate, kebap, otriven nosespray, weed, benzos, certain salads, some types of bread, salmon

There are many foods i intuitively stay away from: apples, milk, oranges, bananas, nuts except pistazien, quark, many types of bread, some types of meat.
Diclofenac and ibuprofen are worthless.
Creatine and omega 3 doesnt increase iq.
Ginkgo biloba is scam.
Bacopa monnieri scam.
Vitamin D is not needed.
Zinc is not needed.
Melatonin is shit.
Baldrian shit.
Seda plantina is cool.
Never take high dose antipsychotics.
Citalopram is ok

I could list more, but i hope you get the idea, its about finding out whats good and whats bad for yourself.

I used to take SSRI too but I stopped after reading RAY PEAT. Serotonin is bad

I switched to TCA instead which is RAY PEAT approved
