Lefort 1 is the safest lefort and the least noticeable lefort 2 is more invasive and ivolves the majority of your maxillia. Lefort 3 is your maxillia and maybe zygos. Lefort 1 is right performed right above your upper teeth

They are differents type of cuts a surgeon can perform when doing jaw surgery, Lefort 1 is the most common, lefort 2 is not as common but performed sometimes for more deformed cases and lefort 3 is really really rare and only performed for extremly deformed cases basically.
